Its pro-sized 57.5 oz. fuel tank goes even farther thanks to a fuel-efficient engine that produces cleaner emissions when compared to standard 2-stroke engines. Stihl  BR 430 Features:

  • Power: The BR 430 gas-powered blower, manufactured by Stihl, is rated for a max air volume of 500 cubic feet per minute (CFM) and a max air speed of 219 MPH.
  • Handling: By design, this model isn’t the smallest leaf blower on the market. It’s meant to be carried as a backpack so that the bulk of the unit is out of the way and the user’s hands are free to manipulate the nozzle. Its throttle is located on the tube, which allows you to keep your left hand free. At 22.3 lbs, the Stihl BR 430 is within the average weight range of gas-powered backpack blowers.
  • Engine: This blower is fitted with a 57.5 cc 2-MIX engine. Please note that, because the Stihl BR 430's engine is a 2-cycle one, it runs on a mixture of oil and gasoline. According to Stihl, the proper fuel mixture ratio for this blower is 50:1.
  • Speed Settings: For those who wish to have complete control while operating their leaf blower, the BR 430 offers variable speed settings, and moreover, is also equipped with cruise control, which allows the user to comfortably continue blowing at their preferred setting.
  • Noise: With a decibel rating of 76 dB, the BR 430 is neither louder nor quieter than its rivals in the gas-powered backpack category.
  • Fuel Tank: Its tank can hold 57.5 fl. oz., so it falls squarely in the average in terms of fuel capacity for backpack blowers.
